LINN LÖF
EMBODIED RELATING

Linn is hosting this year's Festival together with Björn. She is a dedicated somatic coach, educator and trauma therapist whose work centers on creating spaces for genuine human connection and embodied communication. Specializing in Embodied Relating, she draws on an extensive range of modalities – NARM, meditation, classical tantra, SE, Feldenkrais, contact improvisation, and Nonviolent Communication – to support clients in tuning into the language of their own nervous systems. By combining evidence-based techniques with a willingness to embrace the unexpected, Linn’s approach invites clients to inhabit their bodies more fully, to listen to the subtle cues arising in themselves and others, and to cultivate authentic presence.

Deeply rooted in both scientific understanding and lived experience, Linn’s sessions offer an environment that honors each individual’s process. Her workshops not only highlight the interplay between body, mind, and environment, but also encourage participants to welcome complexity, curiosity, and vulnerability into their practice. She guides them toward discovering richer forms of interaction, where genuine meeting points emerge through attentive listening, open-hearted exploration, and the shared longing to be seen and heard.

By weaving together these varied practices, Linn helps participants' access transformative experiences of trust, connection, and meaningful relating. Her work is grounded in the belief that true communication extends beyond words – encompassing sensation, emotion, and empathetic resonance – ultimately fostering a sense of belonging and deeper understanding among all who enter her circle.

LINUS BJENHEIM-VEDIN
AUFGUSS, BREATHWORK, MUSICIAN

The path to the soul. I have worked with myself actively for over 20 years: Sober/drug-free, CBT, meditation, vegan, carnivorous, grounding, biohacking. Along the way, I have sought a tool to spread love, shorten the time to real togetherness. For me, breathing therapy is a way of life I can’t do without. Here I and the people I guide often find something lost: the soul, the sadness, the joy, the crying. Leave the world better than you found it. If my actions can make someone feel better, it’s my duty to share. My journey can help someone to act differently, and dare to be, dare to love according to their inner compass.

Linus will offer Aufguss sessions in the sauna and with guitar as a musician during the festival. Aufguss sauna is basically a German ritual designed to maximize the benefits of thermotherapy through an intensified thermal cycle, enriched with essential oils guided by a sauna master.

His Reconnection Workshops are for anyone who values authenticity, vulnerability and truth.A safe space to be YOU, without the masks. Through sharing and inquiry we explore the choice to stay in our familiar patterns that provide comfort and protection but keep us feeling separate and closed up, or to surrender and let go, allowing the barriers to fall away.

Mark is passionate about our potential to let go of separation and find union & connection. He also offers Forest Bathing and runs workshops in Family Constellations.

EMBODIED TOUCH, MEN'S CIRCLE

After a climbing accident in 2011 where Olof broke his back and a divorce 4 years later, Olof was forced to reevaluate life. To face his worst fears and open up to deep grief and healing. This led him to seek out various methods such as Reiki, trauma therapy, men's work, inner child healing and various forms of meditation and breathing exercises, etc. It was there that he found dearmoring, which allowed him to free himself from many of his fears and blockages. First as a participant, then as an assistant and the last 5 years as a facilitator for retreats and workshops.

“My passion is to share and pass on what I have learned along the way and what has truly changed my life fundamentally.”

This is a space to connect with our primal side, our inner strength and the wisdom of our bodies. We take care of ourselves, and our limits, expanding them with kindness and fun.

In one word: Playfight is connection.

SELF-HEALING WORKSHOP

I am a trained Kinesiologist and Craniosacral therapist and have had my own practice for many years.

Our thoughts about ourselves are formed at an early age and many people carry them with them throughout their lives. Old imprints and beliefs about who we think we are. What happens if we start to think bigger than we feel? Seeing that energy flows where I direct my attention.

In this workshop I will tell you a little about my own journey to healing. We do strong exercises that help us look into ourselves and discover our own power and potential and we end with a guided meditation.

ELIN NORDENBERG
GARDENING, FOOD FORESTRY AND KINSHIP

Elin is Mundekulla’s gardener and food forest enthusiast. She has studied Permaculture design and has worked with permaculture for several years. During 2019, after a time at The Ecovillage design education in Switzerland, she and her partner started their first food forestry project at an Ecovillage in Germany.

Permaculture and food forestry in combination with embodiment has been an entry point for Elin to engage with life fully. As we start to feel our own body, our emotions, and sensations, we may also start to feel what is around us and we start to feel the earth. It is clear in most indigenous culture that the word nature is redundant, why would we need this word? We only need it if we don’t recognize ourselves as inherently belonging cocreators in our ecosystems. She wishes to weave these treads between human and ecosystem. Elin will explore these topics, with simple practices and inquiries.

HEALING MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

Birgit has studied and worked with alternative methods since the late 80s. Teacher in Rhythmic movement training BRMT, Sensory motor trainer, Qi gong instructor, Certified masseuse and Shiatsu therapist. She has studied body therapies both in Sweden, Japan and China.

Birgit's workshop is about exploring the body's natural movement patterns and letting go of tensions and limitations to feel freer in the body. The movements affect the neural network in the brain and the physical, mental and emotional health.

With the BRMT method, you can also work on correcting posture and misalignments in the body. Simple movements that make a big difference.

She offers breathwork and coaching, passionately working with groups both online and offline.
